The PMBOK five process groups, ten knowledge areas, and 47 project management processes which are in essence a framework to guide the successful implementation of projects have been adopted and incorporated into all our projects by Metra. Metra also implements an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management approach to all of its projects, resulting in a controlled, documented, proactive service delivered to all of our clients.
